A highly skilled facilitator will not just walk in to run your session, but they will be your partner from design through evaluation/follow-up. I am highly skilled at helping to clarify both product and process goals for your session. What do you do you want out of your session? I have been offering training and teaching training design and facilitation for over 20 years. My work is values-based: I utilize a participatory learning structure which puts the learner at the center of the design and focuses on all learning styles.
